Terms of Service

IRONHOUSE is a fictional brand used in a design portfolio. This page shows the structure a real club would publish; it must be reviewed by a lawyer before use.

Memberships

Monthly memberships renew automatically each month and can be cancelled with 7 days' notice. Annual memberships are a 12-month term paid in advance, refundable in full within 14 days of purchase.

Enrollment fee and taxes

A one-time enrollment fee applies to monthly Essential and Performance plans. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST.

Bookings and cancellations

Classes can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the start time.
Private sessions can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the start time.
Repeated no-shows may limit advance booking.

Health and safety

Members confirm they are fit to exercise and will tell a coach about any injury or medical condition. Follow coach instructions and club rules at all times.

Freezes

Memberships may be frozen for up to 8 weeks per year at no charge.
