Overview.

Functional Fitness trains the patterns real life asks for: pushing, pulling, carrying, rotating and moving across the floor under load.

Sessions run on the turf lane and the rig, mixing strength stations with short, controlled efforts. It is demanding, but never chaotic.

Training objectives

  • Develop full-body strength across all movement patterns
  • Improve grip, core stability and work capacity
  • Move confidently under load with sleds, carries and kettlebells

Questions.

How is this different from a bootcamp?

Every station has a technique standard and a coach watching it. Load and pace are scaled to you — no one is racing.
